Investigation at Private Residence, Rollinsford, NH –
November 19, 2011
We received a call to investigate a private residence in Rollinsford, NH. Members assisting in this
investigation were Eric, Michelle, Debbie, John, and Sue. Our client also joined us during this investigation.
History:
This house was built around 1747 by Doctor Moses Carr. He was the first doctor in Rollinsford,
NH. Due to a gambling habit, the house had been deeded back and forth several times between Dr. Carr and several
other gentlemen who lived either in Rollinsford or nearby. Other than that, very little history is known about
this property.
The present owners purchased the property approximately three years ago. From the time they
purchased the property to the present, our client said she could feel a presence in the house. She immediately
realized there was strange activity that occurred in the house.
Some of the claims are:
• On 2 or 3 occasions after first moving in, our client, who feels that she
is a bit “sensitive” received a telepathic message saying “Kill the baby.” She had no idea why she was “hearing”
this message. After living there for a short period of time she never heard it again.
• When relatives and friends come for a visit, some say they feel something strange in the house.
• One day while sitting at the dining room table their 3 year old granddaughter mentioned having seen a strange
green ball of light in the dining room area. It is not clear as to what she actually saw, but she began speaking to
it.
• The granddaughter told her grandmother that a “lady in white” introduced herself and said her name was
“Betsy”.
• Our client has felt an entity lie down on the bed beside her. This seems to happen whenever her husband is not
lying in the bed with her.
• While lying in bed, our client has felt “something” jumping up and down on the bed, yet no one is there.
• Our client has felt breathing on her neck.
• Our client has heard footsteps.
Prior to the investigation:
We were all in the dining area sitting around the table and conversing about the spikes we were
getting on our KII meters and the mel meter. After a while, we concluded that the installed wireless alarm system
and/or the wireless router for the computers might be the cause of the spikes. During this same
period of time, we did capture a few EVP’s that are curious. Below they are presented to you along with a
description of the situation at hand.
